Oaks’ home construction is of the highest standard. We use 2” x 6”
exterior wall construction, 16” stud spacing for maximum efficiency.
All homes are built with 9’ or 10’ exterior wall heights to allow for
10’ flat or 10’+ cathedral interior ceilings, adding comfort and
architectural beauty.
The
kitchens inside our homes have Granite counter tops in shades of rich
earth-tones. The custom-built cabinetry throughout can be your choice
of oak, hickory, alder, or maple. Floor coverings are made of quality
Italian Porcelain and Ceramic Tile.

also with energy efficiency that keeps comfort levels to a maximum and
heating and cooling costs to a minimum. These features include:
extensive wall and ceiling insulation; insulated garage doors; dual
pane, low E, vinyl or aluminum windows; highly efficient, quality
heating and cooling systems; and the exterior walls are fully sheered
for better thermal characteristics and added structural integrity. |
